What to expect
Prayers and Sermons
At our congregation, we believe in the power of prayer and God’s word. When you visit, you will hear many spoken prayers and a 25-30 minute long lesson. We hope you find it refreshing, Bible-centered, and applicable to your life.
Communion
Communion is also included in our worship service on a weekly basis.
1 Corinthians 11:23-26
23 For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; 24 and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” 25 In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.”
26 For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.
If you wish to participate in Communion, please pick up a communion cup (with the grape juice and leavened wafer) at the door as you enter the sanctuary.
Music
One of the unique things about our congregation is that our music is acapella; we sing without the use of musical instruments. We love the beauty and joy of worshiping God from our hearts with our voices. We hope you will find the singing meaningful and uplifting, with everyone being invited to participate.
Clothing
We encourage you to wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable while you worship.
Financial Offering
As you enter the sanctuary you will find a offering bowl if you wish to make a financial offering.
2 Corinthians 9: 7.
So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver.
As our guest, your gift to us is your presence; please do not feel any pressure to contribute at this time. If you choose to contribute, we thank you for your generosity!
